Tender Rotisserie Prime Rib Tender Rotisserie Prime Rib – This tender, lean, rich rotisserie prime rib recipe is guaranteed to melt in your mouth! Rotisserie cooking is slow cooking, allowing the flavors to penetrate right through the meat and melting any fat right off the roast beef. We thought this juicy, succulent meat was good enough to stand alone, so we only added small amounts of salt and pepper for seasoning.

Ingredients to make Tender Rotisserie Prime Rib

1 7-pound prime rib roast
1/8 cup coarse pepper
1/8 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup kosher salt

Directions to make Tender Rotisserie Prime Rib

Step 1:Mix seasonings and rub onto all sides of prime rib. Place on rotisserie and cook at 250°F for 4 hours to an internal temperature of 120°F.
Step 2:Remove from rotisserie and rest 10 to 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
